Exchange and Returns

If there’s an issue with your order. No worries!

Please contact us within 30 days and we can facilitate an exchange or refund.

While we meticulously handle all orders and ensure sizes align with our sizing charts. If your not completely satisfied for any reason, please reach out and we’ll do our utmost to assist you!

Please email us at wandw.js@gmail.com with your original order number and a description of the issue.

Here are some important points to remember;

• As the buyer, you are responsible for return postage costs back to us.

• Exchanges and returns must be in new condition with all of the original packaging, unworn and finally free from any damage or washing.

• Returns and exchanges are normally processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your order back to us. However, we always strive to process them sooner if this is possible.

• We do not refund postage costs incurred from the original order shipment.

• We reserve the right to decline refunds if the condition of the item is deemed unsuitable for resale.
